KAIZER Salon operates an appointment notification SMS program. By booking an appointment and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your appointments including confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling notifications.

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total service cost.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Services

KAIZER Salon reserves the right to refuse service or modify service offerings at any time. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

5. Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume notifications, reply START.
